Each key is for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared unless you are an authorized reseller. Unauthorized reselling or leaking of license keys will result in an immediate ban and blacklisting. 5. No Guarantees We do not guarantee the continuous availability, performance, or security of any product. The software we sell is developed and maintained by third parties. We are not responsible for feature changes, downtimes, or removals. We are not liable for any bans, suspensions, or damages resulting from the use of these products. 6. Reseller Policy Reselling is only allowed if you are officially approved by the software’s developers or by LicentraHub. Unauthorized resellers may have their keys blacklisted without warning. We reserve the right to revoke reseller status at any time without explanation. 7. Pricing & Availability Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product or service at any time. 8. Chargebacks & Fraud Initiating a chargeback will result in permanent blacklisting and IP bans. Fraudulent activity will be reported to relevant platforms and payment processors. 9. Account Suspension We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for: Violation of these Terms Abusive or fraudulent behavior Any activity that may damage our reputation or service integrity 10. Disclaimer of Warranties Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. 11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, LicentraHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. 12.
